To ensure that the property remains in fantastic condition we will arrange an initial inspection visit. Our inspection service will comprise of an initial inventory check, equipment checks, pre-changeover cleaning and finally an outgoing inventory and inspection check. The comprehensive inspection visit ensures that you are not only kept aware of the condition of the property but also you have that added assurance that your investment is in the best of hands. The initial inspection and changeover visit incorporates all of the following:
- Prior to guest occupation: A complete inventory check; a thorough clean of the inside of the property; make up beds; an equipment check of all electrical equipment, plumbing and heating/air conditioning units, condition report on the general décor and furniture both inside and out.
- On guests departure: An outgoing inspection check; a thorough clean of the inside of the property; an outgoing inventory check; Collection and disposal of rubbish; Collection and handling of laundry.
We meet your guests at the property, welcome them there and supply them with keys. This ensures they know where and how everything operates. For those VIP guests we can make it a special experience and have them chauffeured to and from the airport on arrival and departure. We can, should you require, place information packs in the property showing places of interest, tourist information and other useful addresses with directions. For late arrivals we can also leave 'welcome packs'. These include basic things such as milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, eggs, etc. This means your clients can have a hearty breakfast the following morning! For a touch of luxury we can add up-grades to the welcome packs! In our experience it is the provision of those special treats that can add to the pleasure of both you and your guests holiday experience and remain in your memory. Little things mean a lot. Attention to the small details is one of the ingredients in ensuring a special holiday and an important factor in encouraging repeat bookings and word of mouth recommendations!
In addition:
- walk-through of your property every two weeks, conducting full checks to ensure all systems - air-conditioning, alarm, water, appliances etc are in good working order (keeping records for insurance purposes, this is an Israeli insurance requirement).
- Mail collection, processing, filing and forwarding services.
- Monthly computerised report of bills and expenses incurred to your property.
- 24-hour emergency on call contact service (hourly rate applicable).
- Secure key holder service
- Cleaning and airing of property according to your requirements.
- Laundering of sheets and towels following your visit, preparing the flat for your arrival i.e. making beds, stocking the fridge and pantry to your request (cleaning, laundry and goods purchased charged separately). [If you intend to lend the flat to friends or relatives we charge an additional set up fee (hourly rate)]
- We will represent you and the best interests of you property at Building Committee meetings and will prepare a full report for you after the meeting.
