This ensures that we are there for any emergencies, should they arise; also to make certain of a smooth handover to your guests at the property. Key holding also provides the added benefit of us being available to oversee any deliveries or maintenance works. This means that you or your guests are not disrupting valuable holiday time. We have designed this service to provide assurances that your investment is safe in the hands of Israel Property Care.

- Cleaning and airing of property according to your requirements - We offer a wide range of cleaning services tailored to suit your every need. Our aim is to provide cleaning services no matter the length of time you or your guests choose to visit. The frequency of this service is entirely your choice.
- Laundering of sheets and towels following your visit
- Preparing the flat for your arrival and the arrival of your guests i.e. cleaning, making up beds, stocking the fridge and pantry to your request.
- Our Laundry Service is available for the convenience and comfort of you and your guests . We offer to collect and launder all the used bed linen, towels, tea towels and bathmats from your property. These are then returned and beds made ready for your guests. This saves your guest the chore of having to make up beds on the first night of their stay.
- We will represent you and the best interests of you property at Building Committee meetings and will prepare a full report for you after the meeting.

- General Maintenance - As we all know prevention is better than cure especially when it involves a major investment such as property. We aim to give the same professional care to your property as we would our own. We can arrange for all types of work but prefer to regularly inspect the whole property, inside and out, to spot any problems before they turn into disasters. There are many benefits of a regularly monitored property, such as a worry free ownership, peace of mind and reduced expense. If any problems are uncovered we digitally photograph the area/item and send them to you by email along with several quotes and await your instructions. No work is undertaken without your expressed permission in writing. All types of equipment servicing and repair are undertaken by certificated professionals. We will deal with it promptly without you having to hang around for technicians or handymen.
- Guest Relations - We can meet your guests at the property, welcome them there and supply them with keys. This ensures they know where and how everything operates. For those VIP guests we can make it a special experience and have them chauffeured to and from the airport on arrival and departure. We can, should you require, place information packs in the property showing places of interest, tourist information and other useful addresses with directions. For late arrivals we can also leave 'welcome packs'. These include basic things such as milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, eggs, etc. This means your clients can have a hearty breakfast the following morning! For a touch of luxury we can add up-grades to the welcome packs! In our experience it is the provision of those special treats that can add to the pleasure of both you and your guests holiday experience and remain in your memory. Little things mean a lot. Attention to the small details is one of the ingredients in ensuring a special holiday and an important factor in encouraging repeat bookings and word of mouth recommendations!
